Professional Development Director 

• Created and implemented an entire professional development program at the school level including needs assessment, goal setting, workshop creation and delivery, performance assessment, and reflection. This concluded with 100% staff completion of all program steps. 

• Utilized adult learning principles to create and deliver high-impact professional development workshops using multiple technology platforms. Follow-ups showed that 90-95% of staff effectively implemented new skills and tools.
